Coaching is provided for all levels of traders:

Beginners

Beginners are first shown the basics: how to set up charts and a trading workspace. While new traders lack experience, they also do not have any bad habits to overcome. A simple trading strategy is given which enables even a first-time trader to make effective trades throughout the day. Along with this strategy, certain guidelines are provided, such as how many 'ticks of heat' the trader should take, where he should take his profits, and how long he should stay in a winning or losing trade. The new trader starts on the simulator, so that he/she is not losing real money while beginning to trade. He/she only moves off the simulator and onto the real market when consistently making money on the simulator, albeit in small amounts.

Somewhat Experienced Traders

With the somewhat experienced futures trader, who is edging towards greater success, the goal is to turn him or her into a consistently successful trader. The trader achieves this consistency by agreeing to and sticking to trading goals (e.g., how many trades per day, how to handle multiple lots, choice of markets to trade), and by meeting daily to go over his or her progress. Without eradicating everything previously learned, you will be coached into utilizing an expanded repertoire of trading skills.

Already Successful Traders

For an experienced trader, the goal is to help him or her maximize overall profitability by emphasizing consistency. The trader is also encouraged to press his or her advantage when ahead. The goal here is not to remake the already successful trader, but rather to fine tune his or her trading strategy. An already successful trader may opt to have very little interaction with the coach, or choose to have an on-going coaching discourse, in order to receive support and fine tuning and to attain to the ultimate trading plateau.
